Lindsey, I started having severe heartburn after a course of antibiotics. I started taking probiotics (from the drugstore) with every meal and my heartburn stopped. It might be worth a try.

I have what I call jolts in my left leg. Mine used to be in response to head posture, although it took me forever to figure out that was the trigger! But now, they just happen any time and it is unrelated to posture. I think that is just the progression of the MS.
