At one time I took 90mgs of Baclofen, Amy. and Lyrica all at once. Tends to make you a little sleepy. I now only take the Amy. because when I don't I get severe muscle tension headaches.

From the time I was a teenager, I'm 46 now I've suffered from headaches that were diagnosed as sinus problems. Turns out, they were caused by my MS (spasiicity) I currently take Baclofen which helps except times of increased stress where they still come back.

I also take a small dose of Amytriptiline along with Lyrica. Together they seem to work for my neuropathic pain. This isn't always the case because there are days when nothing seems to work.

Back in 2004 when I was first dx the same thing happened to me. Sometimes I would look at someone and half of their face would disappear. It seemed to happen only to faces and it seemed to past fairly quickly but it was very strange and thankfully it has not returned.

I also have spells where I wake up alot at night. I finally figured out that it was from my muscles spasming while I was asleep. My MS nurse also came to the same conclusion and asked if my wife had ever seen me do this. I told her that for years before my MS diagnosis, my wife and I would freak out...

I take Lyrica, 75mg twice a day. Cold weather makes mine much worse so I'm glad it's finally warm. I live in Nebraska and it's been a long winter.

My wife and I were watching a program about medical mysteries the other night. The show centered on a group of people, most of them teenagers, who came down with a life threatening illness that was difficult to diagnose. Eventually they were diagnosed with Salmonella infection from eating tained ice...

I've been off Lyrica for about a month and the neuro. pain in my skin has definitely increased. I say my skin because wherever it comes in close contact with something like a chair, bed or tight clothes my skin feels like it is full of needles or tiny cuts. It sometimes did this even when I was on L...

Maybe he could look into getting a Baclofen pump. The pump works by shooting a dose of Baclofen directly into the spine. It uses a much smaller dose of Baclofen so the side effects are less.

As a guy, I'm probably out of my league here but I have taken both of those meds. I'm still on Baclofen but I now take Lyrica instead of Gaba. When I first started the Lyrica it lowered my blood platelets to a borderline level. This eventually corrected itself. I've not had this happen with the othe...
