Unfortunately, it would appear that there are not many members here with PPMS or SPMS that are taking Biotin.
There is a Facebook group ( Biotin For Progressive MS ) with over 3900 members that is a great source for more information and results.

The biggest problem is people buying over the counter 10,000mcg Biotin supplements that may, or may not contain 100% pure D-Biotin. Most of those supplements also contain fillers. Just a little clarifiation, the medication is named MD1003, and the trials were for PPMS and SPMS patients. I'm glad to see the creation of a separate forum group / page for this here as I believe that Biotin is going to continue to be a hot topic within the MS community, especially for those with P...
