Re: Magnesium Oil is a Muscle’s Best Friend

THX1138 - Thanks for the info re: Mg oil. Can you recommend a product available online? Jimmylegs - I don't know what his Mg serum status is. I was thinking of ordering an online micronutrient test ( https://www.spectracell.com/patients/patient-micronutrient-testing/) so as to determine if there are...

Re: Magnesium Oil is a Muscle’s Best Friend

I am amazed that, it appears, I am the only one who has used Mg oil. Anyone use it ???? Does it help with spasticity? My old man has been having terrible spasticity at night lately (legs bending up seemingly from the hips so that the knees move toward the torso) and I am wondering if this might hel...

Re: Multiple Sclerosis Desatascador

Why not post a You Tube or other similar internet video showing what the device is, how to make it and how to use it? Agreed. You have made multiple posts with basically this same description of your "device". Gristy - if your aim is to help other people with MS, why not make a video? Si ...

If you scroll down, there is a whole sub-forum for this protocol.

The answers you seek are probably therein.

Re: Why is dairy not recommended when following Coimbra prot

I believe it's because a large amount of calcium can accumulate (hypercalcemia) in the body when taking high levels of Vitamin D.

Has anyone with SPMS or PPMS given it a try?

I've heard some second hand accounts (from Brazil, seemingly) of people with "more aggressive MS (did not explicitly state SP or PP)" using this program. So what I'm wondering is whether you (persons with SPMS or PPMS) have personally used the protocol. Or if you have direct contact with a...

Eating and symptom exacerbation

Does anyone find that remaining in a fasted state results in reduced symptom severity? And conversely, does anyone find that eating exacerbates symptoms (more weakness, difficulty in transferring)? I am simply trying to determine why this is the case for someone I know and which foods in particular ...

Psychedelic substances

I am wondering whether anyone on here (specifically those with primary progressive MS) have experimented with any of the following for psychological benefits (i.e. coming to terms with death):

-LSD
-Psylocybin (magic mushrooms)
-DMT

Please, no lectures about legality.
