Yes!! I have had exactly the same buzzing experience--I describe it as a motor idling in my brain when I wake up at night. Have you found out any information? Tecfidera or just a symptom of MS?

May I ask how low your lymphocemia counts were? I have dropped to 2.6 (absolute lymphocyte) and my doc took me off Tecfidera immediately. Now I am in a quandary as to what to do next.
