My biggest question here, is that by following Coimbra protocol and taking Kefir... doesn't that two complement each other? Coimbra protocol states that NO diary whatsoever. How does she solve the issue with the high calcium in the Kefir?

How can you get Naltrexone? Only with recipe? and how do you get low dose? Or a doctor administers it? I guess it will be available about a 100 years from now in my country....

Is it possible that someone with MS requires a much lower dose of Vit D to maintain an optimal PTH level and high 25-OH D? My test just came back. Does anyone know why it is recommended to cut down on banana? What's wrong with banana? It does not have high calcium. And I've read it on multiple posts that it is not recommended to eat bananas. (At least not more then 1-2 a week).

I see that the now food DHA 500 is recommended. Is the Vitamin D from now food also recommended? Or what type is?
