Re: CCSVI DEBUNKED

I'm not sure antibiotics are crap. CCSVI findings are not inconsistent with a CPn infection that pricks holes in blood vessels and causes an immune response that could well result in a narrowing of arteries and veins. Also, a trial of inexpensive off-patent antibiotics is hardly breaking the bank co...

Re: MS Nurse quits over caseload four times too big

It also makes me wonder how a 'rare immune disorder' is actually becoming quite prevalent -- almost like a genetic weakness to some transmissible disease?

Re: MS Nurse quits over caseload four times too big

I've seen epidemiological claims that MS only occurs in 1 in 1000 to 1 in 3000 people. However, everyone I know knows someone with MS, or there's someone in your family, etc. Why do I get the feeling that the numbers are being talked down by public health people, and the reality is the rate is much ...

Re: Will Vitamin D Protect Your Heart?

I've benefitted personally from supplementation. Even when the body does synthesise certain things itself, it may not be enough, you may get better results by topping it up, and the body tends to use them up in a 'triage' fashion when levels are low, ie it uses them where it needs them most first fo...

Circadian rhythms of hormone production etc in the human body.

Most heart attacks occur early in the morning, just before or after awakening, as a number of hormones change in an adverse direction.

Re: Signs of MS can be spotted five years before onset

Again, this matches a Chlamydophila pneumoniae (CPn) infection that starts in the lungs, and in the case of susceptible people possibly with the SP140 genetic weakness, eventually spreads throughout the body wreaking havoc and knocking out lines of cells and generally making you sick. Note that a di...

On top of a specific antibiotic protocol to eliminate CPn, one suspected cause of MS, Dr David Wheldon has listed the following useful supplements to take to foster cell regrowth, nutrition, and immune function: Vit C 1g daily Vit E 800iu daily Omega 3 fish oil daily Evening primrose oil 1g daily Ac...

But there are cases of MS around the world but no infective Lyme disease type organism. CPn has been implicated in MS however.

On the other other hand, high doses of Vit D3 may contribute to arterial calcification. I'd recommend taking Vit K2 (high dose) to offset that problem.

Re: meningeal inflammation in early multiple sclerosis

If CPn is the cause, it's pretty vital to get underway with abx therapy at once. Esp macrolides, roxithromycin seems the most effective.

Note Cpn is associated with causing uveitis, and uveitis occurs at the same time with MS.

Re: I will go for MSCT in China

OK, thanks Algis. The protocol isn't quite what you did, the idea is to use doxycycline and roxithromycin together as bacteriostatics to weaken CPn (if that is the cause), it then shrinks into an anaerobic cryptic mode, so you have to hit it with Metronidazole to kill the anaerobic form. You should ...

Re: I will go for MSCT in China

OK, thanks Algis. Does that mean you had more regression episodes while on the Roxithromycin for 6 months? I take it you weren't taking Doxycycline at the same time? Did you take Metronidazole at all during that time? And lastly did you take NAC or penicillin during that time?
