I sympathsize with the difficulty issue, but I am trying to transition. Getting down 9 cups of veggie a day is close to impossible for me.

Search for MS and Tavist - you will see some research showing the active ingredient in Tavist seems to support re-mylineation.

I have been taking this for about 8 years. I take capsule form, bought on Amazon. Quit taking for about 4 months, my ataxia, spasticity and walking were all negatively affected. So back on.

Use provigil and keep driving. I know not to drive when I am too tired, but I don't want to give it up

I have been taking NAG since 2009. Dx in 2008. I have PPMS and have not progressed much. Granted my walking is limited to about 10-15 in sub 70 degree heat. Fatigue is my worst syptom.
