Are the vitamins in energy drinks, like Monster and Red Bull, actually real vitamins? I've looked at some of the drinks' nutrition facts and vitamin b12 is included in them.

Are there many success stories for other neurological diseases besides Multiple Sclerosis, like polyneuropathy, brain tumors, carpal tunnel syndrome, neurosyphilis, ect?

Could minoxidil produce many symptoms like that of MS? I've been taking them every day for hair growth(started taking them in the Summer of 2015).

The vitamins D & B12 were at normal levels for me.

dry eyes or dry eye syndrome?

I think I might have double vision. It seems pretty mild and its usually in a distance. I also have blurry vision but it's due to myopia.
