i've been stumbling over words alot lately and when i talk at times words dont sound like im pronouncing them right. my tongue felt swollen a few times. but i'll make an apointment with my family doctor. thank you for the links and advice i'll read through them.

for those who workout at the gym frequently how do you deal wth the light headed feeling. im sitting here waiting for the vertigo feeling to fade. been drinking lots of water and trying to relax by laying back an listen to music but it seems consistant today.

found it pretty useless for the spasms an cramps. most it did was put me to sleep. my magnesium just got in as well hopefully that helps out. and i work out here an there...the fatigue is hard to get through though. its weird when i used to be able to workout six days a week for basketball easy. now...

Amitriptyline for spasticity?
was prescribed this stuff and just read up on it in google an its a antidepressant....i've always been wary of this kind of thing, the side effect of wanting to kill yourself was always a red flag for me.
has anyone taken this for pain an such. does it help an is it worth it?

thank you for the info :) im not really sure if they tested for it. they did submit me to 4-5 blood tests since may. so its possible they tested for it. they have me on 3000IU a day of vitamin D. just on my way to my appointment with a visiting nurse to discuss Spasticity and how to deal with it. la...
