Re: Vital Nutrients for Nerve Repair & Neuropathy

I take this one and on closer inspection I think it might be Na- RALA - see the back. https://www.lifeextensioneurope.com/super-r-lipoic-acid-eu DIM, Elliot thanks. I didn't say it was poorly absorbed - that was just my response to the previous post. I have no idea whether it is well-absorbed or not!

Re: Caring for the disabled or elderly

I just read your post David and I am glad that you have had some responses that are much better than anything I could offer. The cold does seem to impact me too, and it is disheartening. But I agree with NHE - keeping up some physical therapy helps. It helps mentally too - and if you can get out to ...

If they were right then we'd be seeing much more remyelination. Still it is interesting that the R lipoic acid I just paid a fortune f...

Hi DIM

Thanks - that's interesting. Haven't yet tried CDP Choline although I take Omega 3

Remyelination really would be the golden ticket for us

Multimodal dance therapy - seeing, listening and copying are strongly associated with coordination and vestibular rehab. It improved fatigue, probably due to improved balance/coordination as well as providing some level...

Re: all things vitamin D

Thanks NHE I have incorporated additional things like plyometrics (jumps) and strength training (weight machines). I probably need to do the plyometrics more often I hope this helps prevent further deterioration. According to current medical literature the medication is the only way of strengthening...
