Re: CCSVI procedure failed...

ok here is my response from a skeptical perspective (afraid i can't answer effectively, just have a bunch of questions!). i am completely fine with taking on that list one single question at a time. ps at some stage, might need to move this info over to a more closely aligned non-invasive topic! Th...

Re: CCSVI procedure failed...

My experience with ND is very limited. I talked with the one above and decided to go ahead with the CP. Well... Here my "food" for the next 3 months. I just realised I have no idea when to take the stuff (besides Mg and Vit D - you told me already :) Do you have any idea when to take the o...

Re: CCSVI procedure failed...

sounds good :) wish us luck getting out of the office tomorrow pm with a plain old requisition - and nothing more in additional expensive time/treatment commitments or product sales! Good luck!!! I will probably leave my chiropractor because of this "treatment commitment" stuff... Once mo...

Re: CCSVI procedure failed...

i can't tell if you have received the msg above. Yes I did. I have been investigating it. Also Posterior reversible encephalopathy syndrome (PRES). They both give the same symptoms and are difficult to diagnose. I do have lesions on my brain - consistent with MS (that's what the report says). No ev...

Re: CCSVI procedure failed...

And how are you feeling? The same.. It might be a relapse :( I have no idea. I'm experiencing episodes of 1-2 hours. Then I feel normal once the pain is gone.... (in the literature this is called I think MS paroxysmal symptoms). Carbamazepine appears to be very effective but I don't want to bump up...

Re: CCSVI procedure failed...

Thanks all for the replies! So I proposed an echo doppler to my doctor but he sent me for a CTA... Everything normal according to the doctor that read the CTA - They only look at the arteries though. :( Anyway, I sent the CTA to the doctor who originally performed the venoplasty, and as far as he ca...

Re: CCSVI procedure failed...

Your seem to be following the best and perhaps only course of action available to you at this time. Do you have a medical background? Just curious, when you say "My doctor was against this" what exactly was the doctor against? I have no medical background (no drug formation). What I know ...

I'm going to see my doctor today and see if he can refer me to do a echocardiography (echo color doppler). I have no idea how to check the overall condition of the IJVs.

Re: CCSVI procedure failed...

This was nearly a year ago now? If the sinuses pool together, then the flow can go out either side so a blockage there might not be critical as long as both jugular veins are functional. The images were posted in this forum exactly 2 weeks after the procedure. I did experience some benefits on freq...
