I was thinking the same thing jimmylegs. Best I can do is start taking really good care of myself and maybe look into supplements. Doubt I can get more labs done anytime soon but I am going to re-look at what I’ve had drawn and work from there.

Trying to stay busy and positive till my appointment on the 4th. But I’m having a weird pain or shock? It’s like an electric stinging pain down the back of my left arm and down the outside part of my left leg, hip to toe.

It's a basic once a day multivitamin. Not sure how much magnesium. I think that level was just checked, but I'd have to recheck my labs

I broke it down and researched pretty much the entire report. I'm a nurse, so I know just enough to freak myself out. At this point, I just have to think it can't be to awful if there is no rush to see me.

Thats the thing, I just had all my blood work done and a physical. No high blood pressure, never have had it. No migraines and no diabetes. I've never been tested for sleep apnea, I don't have indicators for it. But i guess you never know.
