What psoriasis medications work best? Since both MS and psoriasis are auto-immune diseases, I'm also wondering how many of you suffer from both, as I do.
Do interferons seem to make your psoriasis any better or any worse?

I've heard that Lion's Mane mushroom is helpful for nerves. Anyone experience this to be truly helpful?

Aloha folks,
I have MS and psoriasis. I had read that interferons could potentially help lessen the scales of psoriasis, but after only 2 Avonex injections, I feel like my psoriasis is worse. Anyone else?
Any recommendations on what helps your psoriasis to be less problematic?
