Thanks Jimmy for your feedback here. She didn't recommend any kind nor amount, but I did some research and went with a liquid 300mg per tablespoon Glycinate. I'm taking one in the morning with my smoothie veggie/protein/hemp shake with banana and sugar free almond milk in the morning, one at dinner ...
