The clinical data says 2 years on ocrevus is needed to see a cessation of progression. Google the emerging results, Ocrevus is actually helping some patients recover LOST function after 4 years. I was able to cease taking skelaxin after starting only the B3 nicotinic acid @ 1000 mg in the morning. I also take 200mg of B6, 500 mg of Thiamine, 2000 mcg of B12.
