Need Minocycline prescription

I hate that I am only present on this site when I have problems, but I am glad that this site is here. It is my weapon in the fight against MS. Anyway, I am in the midst of another relapse, and I was taking minocycline, but it has been several years since I last had it. My neuro, as well as my neuro...

Robbie!, Hey man. How are you doing? I've been reading your journal and its really great to see your progress. I don't make it on TIMS very much, but I do lurk from time to time. I was lurking today because I started having some vision issues. Not sure if it is MS related or from a decline in my eye...

It’s been a long time since I posted here. I wanted to update my log as to where I am at now. I stopped taking minocycline about a year ago now due to complacency. I am currently still relapse and symptom free. I've not had an MRI in several years now, and frankly, I'm afraid to have one because my ...

F&*K Novartis!!!!!!! How dare them. That's highway robbery. I'm not surprised, but frankly, they come right out and say it. Really terrible.

Agreed. They could be feeding the media, or lying about the numbers. Who knows? I can't help being cynical myself.

Lyon,

Of course we wish it were under better circumstances, but thanks for responding anyway! My circumstances could be much worse, so I am thankful for the quality time I've had up until now.

David, Thanks for the response. I am also anxiously awaiting the data from the trial. I may also have tinnitus... I get ringing in my ears from time to time as well. Sojourner, I had no idea about vitamin C and minocycline. Do you have any idea what dosage should be taken? Also, I know I should have...

Minocycline use for RRMS

So its been a long time since I last posted. I wanted to update those who are interested on my experience with Minocycline and RRMS. I have, since starting minocycline, not had a relapse, and I currently have no symptoms or residual issues. I was diagnosed with MS in 2005. So I am in to year 5 of de...

Robbie, I share the same feelings everyone else has, I had no audio on my computer and still got choked up watching that. It seems like triumph to me. I am very happy for you. I hope you only continue to improve. I am glad that ABX appear to be working for you after all even if it wasn't minocycline...

hahaha!!! Lyon, usually no one notices when I do make a post since it is so infrequent. I am on this site usually every day. I just don't post that much! My picture, well I am not sure what happened to it! I really am still skeptical though. I hope they really start figuring out MS soon, for everyon...

Is there really any progress being made? I too am skeptical. While I sincerely hope that this yields an effective treatment, I have read of these same senarios too many times, even since I was diagnosed. They can't give mice real MS because they don't even know what the real cause of "MS" ...

I know it is late in the conversation to bring it up, but I am glad you guys are researching this possbile, plausible connection between MS and the Liver. I too have some wierd issue with elevated Liver enzymes, and I don't drink. I am overweight, but not HUGE. My doctor has no explanation. As well,...
