Re: Optic neuritis
hi :) it's common to need to cast around for a causal link to your personal scenario. i did a lot of that as well. it was this deficiency, that injury, the other vaccine. at the end of the day, i had some inborn and acquired susceptibilities, maybe all those things i identified were just the final ...

i think it's just that we get less d3 at the poles unless we make an effort. Re: Hello! New member with a question
Hello. Previously published on my site MSCureEnigmas.net https://www.mscureenigmas.net I would suggest you and your wife begin by finding the area which gave you relief when she massaged you and see how that corresponds to your skeletal structure and maybe find an osteopath or chiropractor for info...

Re: Optic neuritis
careful, i'm seeing 'low risk' or at least lower risk, not 'ms free' re western australia. and a couple years' residency is probably not enough to confer protection, even if they took place before the magic age 15. i'm only one generation out of the uk myself. lucky us lol :S I’m interested to know...

Re: Hello! New member with a question
Interestingly enough, last night my wife gave me a massage with lavender oil. Be careful with lavender oil. It's been reported to activate estrogen receptors. I think it's best to just avoid it. Prepubertal gynecomastia and chronic lavender exposure: report of three cases. https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih....

Re: Hello! New member with a question
Hi again: Your massage experience suggests to me that you might have a skeletal obstruction to your blood flow and or cerebrospinal fluid flow since you got some relief but it was temporary. Did you work in a physically demanding field which could have injured your spine? Anyway, Ideally you could ...

Hi Gary: Trail mix is a good idea. I keep a mixture of almonds and raisins always available to snack on. Best regards, Vesta MY SEVEN STEPS TO MULTIPLE SCLEROSIS HEALTH Hi Vesta, I agree with more or less everything you say. The more I learn about MS the more I believe this is caused by vascular, s...

Re: Wave-like symptoms in head...
I also experience this horrible symptom together with pins and needles in my head. I think it is partly extreme stress, but also clearly a nerve problem somewhere and possibly related to the brain fog so many MS sufferers experience. I’ve been suffering from it on a permanent 24/7 basis for almost 4...

Hi Dawn, Your situation sounds very similar to my own. I’m also sorry to hear that you’ve also experienced so much psychological trauma during your life. I know from my own life experience how much things things take out of you. I’m 45, so we are of a similar age too. I’ve already given up work for ...
