Hello, So I was taking 25.000 UI ampoule every 3 weeks/a month. I didn't took any other supplements. Looks like it didn't work because my 25 OH vitamin D level came back as 16,6. Last year in May it was 15. So that is quite dramatic. What does it tell us ? I know vitamin D deficiency is a major risk...

I was tested last year , and had vitamin D deficiency ( around 15 I think). I’m taking supplements for that since.
