Thanks Scott, for the reply. I don't have any definite new answers yet, but those back nodules were actually rashes that are starting to heavily grow. They look almost identical to a form of Lupus, which could explain the neurological and muscular symptoms, somewhat mimicking some MS symptoms. Howev...

FYI, unless it is spinal-only MS, my brain MRI came back clean. So in case anyone has similar symptoms, my update is that I appear to not have MS.
