Hey, now thinking about it - I do not get as many bruises either- I was always running borderline anemic and now am doing better too. We had storms and tornado watches all night here.

Lori, Sounds like you are managing quite well - all normal reactions. I have never heard of detox foot pads but I think I need these - let me know if they work. Hi Andy,
Can you try your baclofen 2 hours prior to bedtime or does it make you too tired? How much baclofen are you taking? Than take LDN right before you go to sleep? My legs are always tight in the am but they do not collaspe.
