I hope you are feeling better. . . i'm struggling a little these days too. I've hit a "dark time" of sorts and having a little trouble getting through it - feeling stuck. I've started seeing my therapist again - so hopefully this will help things. But i cant remember the last day that i di...

thank for your suggestions - i often say that sleep is my most sought after activity. my insomnia can have such an effect on so many parts of my life, esp the emotional side. . i can go from a negative nancy to tears in 5 mins - very confusing for some people close to me.

thanks.

I'm 35, dxed 3 years - i met an amazing man 1.5 years ago and we are still together. I told him that i had MS right after the first time we were intimate - i mean right after, and then apologized for not telling him earlier. It is a mixed bag, my symptoms are mild, and my activity level has not chan...

I'm interested in any possibilities as well, i would take a little more pain for less dents and bumps - i follow all the rules as far as rotation arms, legs, hips and tummy - i also rotate within each site. . the outside of my legs look horrible - I have been on copaxone 1.5 years, holding strong.

i just have the concern that as a personalized medication Tovaxin is obviously going to be very expensive to administer - so for it to make it to the market i would think it would need to have phenomenal results, my fingers are crossed on this one - but i don't know of another "personalized&quo...

i do that if i forget to take it out the night before - i also try to take shots out of the fridge 3-4 at a time so they are ready to go. Also depends on where i am shooting - some places much more sensative than others.

I asked her if this was ok - AND ITS NOT. . i had moved it there bc of the lumpy bumps that i was getting my thighs (and the side of my thighs) - i though ...
