physio today. took along a copy of the INO article from last year, plus got some neat exercises to try out over the next few weeks. might end up with a referral to someone with more specific cns physio expertise. we shall see!

ok so about 10 days into replenishment results so far are corrected fatigue with spasticity reduced from maddening to noticeable. not driving for now. physio monday pm.

so the ongoing fatigue i'd blamed on low iron (wrong) is on the mend since i started corrective/therapeutic mag and zinc. nice :)

whoa now that i've seen this it reminds me - the few times i experienced my ears ringing in the last while, it had been just ages with no occurrences and i actually remember thinking 'huh, so it can happen when your zinc status is fine' ... i thought there was no way it could actually be a zinc issu...

hi no at last scans things were stable/improving except for the actual condition of my spine/discs. i really imagined that i was overdoing zinc in several ways, but i clearly wasn't. my plan is to load zinc and mag for a month then ask for a retest on zinc copper ferritin and mag. i have a few other...
