Re: Not trying to bother anyone

Tytytytytyty. I'm scared out of my mind. Of 2 things actually. I'm scared of the MRI I am taking on the 24th and my doctor telling me I have lesions again or I have atrophy. Also the baby has me worried. I just hope I can keep this bugger slowed up enough I can get to see my kids get older! I really...

Re: Not trying to bother anyone

That certain member, the janitor with an attitude and an affinity for talking above his life stature, was one of the other reasons I left. My grandfather told me, "Chris, you can't argue with a fool, and you'll end up looking like a fool if you try. " I was looking like I had the world's worse case ...

Re: Not trying to bother anyone

I'm not a Debbie Downer. I'm a reality Ralph lol.

Thanks for the advice. I've been told about the tubing and making sure to cover it lol.

This is a bit different than before. None of my posts have been deleted -yet- or a certain member yelling at me for everything I write.

Re: Not trying to bother anyone

Well, I guess it could be another way but in all honesty it made more drama than it was worth. I think I almost lost my doctor and it scared the hell out of me. I just want to have MS, take some meds as quietly as I can, have a kid, last as long as I possibly can, become a head on a pillow, and go t...

Re: Thoughts?

They can not refuse you treatment anymore. I'm almost positive if you go into the er they must help. To pay for it file for bankruptcy on them if they won't be nice.

Re: Not trying to bother anyone

Tytytytytyty for the congrats! It's amphetamine salts. I've also been on the adderal. I am a method addict from 99,so I am uber uber careful. The wife will tell me I'm getting pissy and then I quit, regardless of fatigue. Luckily enough I only get a couple of days a week of tiredness so it's not an ...

Re: Not trying to bother anyone

Well again, I have no issues with the docs I have. Sometimes you just need to blame people who have nothing to do with MS for it. I think of it like when I blame the wife for me cracking my leg into her dresser. She didn't make the dresser you know. Lolol. For darn near 2 years I guess I have been o...

Not trying to bother anyone

I no longer post here anymore but I still read the posts. After my post expressing frustration about my neurologist staff and the disease itself, it was a printed topic in my appointment emailed to him I decided this forum was no longer a place someone can express true frustration unless it's about ...

Re: How likely will there be a cure for MS within the next 1

Well first, I can't have it because Johns Hopkins is done with it. Second, I haven't any active lesions anymore and my trial was lesions and edss. My EDSS is probable the same, maybe worse. Reactivated, I just meant I have some symptoms again. I thought it was easy but to do it every other day would...

My understanding of it is the cancers were much more prevalent in the people who were on the pulse administration though. Was I told wrong?

Re: Rebooting Immune System at Johns Hopkins

The one reason they use Cyclophosphamide is the biggest risk is bladder cancer and when Mesna is used to coat the bladder it protects well. I was told for the four days of chemo, it's no different if you had a spoonful of it or a two litter bottle. Plus it's out of your system within 48 hours this w...

Re: How likely will there be a cure for MS within the next 1

I was RRMS AND did HICY. I was good about 4 years but it came back. Some of the people in my trial had to be retreated 2 or 3 times, but, I reactivated after the trial was done so I can't go back. I have had 0 atrophy or new lesions, some actually have healed. Dr. Brodsky at JH told me everyone who ...

Feeling pissy, Lemtrada, HiCy, Stem Cells, Lingo, CCSVI, ugh

There are eleventeen things going on in MS that is beneficial and very possibly the end of progression for some. I still look over seas and our colder friends up north and I am jealous of the health care. Not even the doctors but the drug approval process. In most cases they get a drug from petri di...

Re: Mequon company may be on the verge of CURING MS

How sick is anyone else of "cures"? I have seen cures coming, and had a "cure" myself once too, and the only thing I can say for sure is, "No sir I don't like it. " If anyone needs me i am in my backyard looking for a cure in my new flower garden. Maybe I can get a few free bee stings. Lol
