I think that there are some that believe that MS is a whole category of symptoms and not a individualized disease. If antibiotics helped me improve or even just stopped the progression I'd be very excited. Its worth a try for sure. What other options do we have at this point?

Dear E, Cooling vest are great. Ive been using them for the last 5 summers and they realy help. The can keep your core temp down for up to 4 hours dependant on the outdoors tempreture. I keep mine in the freezer all summer long so its icy cold. Also there 's nothing wrong with getting a wheelchair f...

Opexa meeting

The Dr. is having a meeting at Opexa this week about the cases (mine) that haven't responded the way they expected in the higher dose category or haven't responded regardless of the dose. I should know more by next week and if appropriate I will post info soon. Thanks.

Dear Eva

It is just my opinion, but I think that it's irresponsible on your part to be posting on forums in hopes of getting a diagnosis from a community of lay persons. You need to go and see a doctor/expert immediatly. Your symptoms sound serious to affect your life and the sooner you are in the know, the ...

I am assuming that since they didn't have to redo any of the phase Ia or IIa trials as they increased the peptides that wont be an issue in the future.

Dear Lars and Lyon, I hate to be the odd man out there, for obvious reasons but Tovaxin has not helped me one bit. Even with the first 2 vaccinations of the re-treatment series I continue on the downward slide of progression. I couldn't even walk the 200m with my cane last time in Houston. The big q...

Sounds more like a bacterial die-off reaction to me. Especially when you consider the absence of other symptoms such as sinusitis or sore throat or cough. Hope you feel better soon.
