It's a frustrating place to be. My best advice is to acknowledge that your energy supply is limited at the moment and instead of pushing yourself beyone what you can cope with, only do what you have energy for. In the long run it's better. Is there someone around who can help out with stuff or pick ...

Have you looked into hand-controlled?

Would be cool if this worked. My ability to drive varies with my symptoms so I'm not sure that it would help.

Hi Unfortunately copaxone is my only option, I can't have interferons. The MS nurse spoke to my consultant who is keen for me to go back on it. I'm just waiting for the delivery and then the fun begins again! I'm working on the nothing to lose theory since stuff has been pretty much constant. I don'...

I get spacisity and was prescribed baclofen - I stopped taking it fairly recently to see what effect it would have and I prefer life without it.

Yoga nad pilates should help as they work the core muscles.

The wanderer returns

Hi - sorry I have been away for so long - I disappeared into a cloud for a while. I have been meaning to come on here and somehow keep not making it. I have reached a point where I am having pretty much constant stuff - I'm not sure that remittance exists. I seem to have a set of symptoms that crop ...

I'm much the same. I can't put one foot in front of the other at the moment - it's been snowing on & off here for 2 days!

I also struggle with humidity too. Nice, boring pleasant but un-noteworthy weather is the way forwards for me!

Thanks. I do have PCOS but only mildly, they reckon.

I checked with the MS nurse specialist and she says that they do routinely screen for hughes as part of the elimination tests when diagnosing. I would have to check with my GP to be certain but they should have ruled it out before diagnosing.

Secondary progressive??

A you know I have been trying to get re-housed and the MS nurse hs written a letter to support my request. She sent a copy to me and I was a bit shocked to see that she had written that in her opinion I am borderline secondary progressive. That is fucking scary. She has never said anything like that...

I am definitely planning on breastfeeding! I don't know about having more children. I did used to want a big family but I am going to wait and see how I cope with this one!

Hi I am 11weeks & 2 days, next scan on monday! Doing well and so far symptoms have cleared up a lot after my last relapse. Hate to sound like an MS idiot but Edss? I tend to average about 3 relapses a year but the last one was pretty bad and really affected my walking, I had to use a chair for a...
