Thanks guys, Carrie called back today. Mel had a good chat with her and she's emailling some info.

She seems nice and switched on.

Aaaaaand, one other thing.

We've tried that number for Carrie but it is on voicemail with some guy's name, Edward or something like that.

Is that the correct number for sure?
