My gyn wants me to balance the estriol with progesterone. She asked what type was used in the UCLA study and I did not know. She said their are several types of progesterone. What type are you all using and why?

When I miss an injection, I thought of doing 2 in the next 24 hours. Has anyone done this? Also, I heard their is a trial on this concept but can not find it.

Finally someone that thinks their back pain is related to ms. My nero does not think so but my back went out and then a while later I had an attack. I never had back pain before or a major attack (could not walk). I have been looking at the LifeExtention brand and I am going to try it.

I have been using 4mg. of estrol for about 8 mos. and I now have cistic acne. Is this the cause? No progesterone being used. Should a go up to a dosage of 8mg.? Why do you not lke the compound pharm?

I have been on estrol 4 mg. for 8 mos.. I am now havng acne. Should I be using progesterone too? How much? What else could be causing this?
