I have found that I feel much better and at ease when I take the time to catch my breath and just stop for a minute. I believe some people use this time and call it by different names. Prayer,meditation etc.... all the great religions, at their core, espouse essentially the same truth, clothed merel...

It all comes down to selling the dream. That's their job now. Getting votes. I just liked getting MS out there. Someone is looking MS up today.
spreading awareness. That was my point.

My wife's sister has Lupus. I have MS. She moved from Texas to L.A. her lupus in in full remission now. hmmmmmmmmmmmmmmm

I live in Texas and when winter hit last year as soon as the hot turned to cold overnight my flare up started. That was after 2 years almost to the day of my first attack.

I was touched by her speech. That's just what we need. To get the word about MS out there. From who ever where ever when ever. Maybe the gov. will get serious about funding to find a cure. It's just a word until it strikes you or your home.

This is my first post but I think that you should make your choices on medications according to how you feel. Why shake something that is sleeping or just a little restless. Opinions on meds are just that, opinions.
