Yes, I follow the Swank Diet. I enjoy the energy that it gives me, and I really believe that getting good foods is imperative for people with MS. It is very simple to follow. I would recommend getting the Swank book.

I do not have that problem.

BUT, you may want to head to your doctor. Increased thirst, such as what you are describing, is one of the first symptoms of diabetes.

I can totally relate to you right now. I am currently numb from my waist down, including my genital region (which appear to be the most numb). I am female, but it is also driving me crazy when it comes to sex. I have hope that the feeling will return shortly, but in the meantime, I am trying to enjo...

I had total facial and tongue numbness on the right side of my face. I am a flute player, so it was very frustrating to me. Even after IV steroids, it did not subside, but after about two months, it went away completely on its own.

Good luck!

I don't know if anyone can honestly answer since MS is a person-to-person disease. How do we know if lack of progression is from DMDs or just the course of the disease?

Hi Jim, I have been on Rebif for almost 2 years now. While I am not sure how much it is helping my MS, I am not willing to try it without. I also firmly believe in diet and exercise as a huge must for MS patients. I strictly follow the Swank Diet, and I have honestly been doing great. We all have fe...

Assuming that every symptom we have is NOT related to MS, did the ER docs check your gallbladder?? Those are the symptoms of a gallbladder attack.
