I'm one day shy of a month on Copaxone. I also hate injecting my thighs the most. They bleed more than other spots and I have larger lumps for longer periods of time. And they itch the worse. I use the Autoject and my setting is right above the 6. So just the top part of the 6 is showing. I haven't ...

I was just thinking that Lew. I already set reminders for appointments and all that other stuff but I'm forgetting the simple things that I should know. Birthdays, anniversaries, HOW A STEERING WHEEL WORKS! Ge'ez! This morning I had somewhere important to be, I started the car and slowly started to ...

Hi Matt, I can't give too much advice as I am recently diagnosed and learning about all this crap myself. With that said, I would NOT take illegal steroids. There are all different types but I believe most cause major mood swings and may no be worth the benefit, if any. I would suggest going about i...

In our case my wife is doing very well and we don't feel immediate desperation, but of course eventually we will need definite advancements in MS treatments..and the sooner the better. That's pretty much how I feel too. At first I was ready to dive in head first, then I realized that I probably (ho...

Welcome Austin, I too, am sorry that your 'story' has brought you here. Like others have mentioned, this place is full of information so you should be busy for a while. I was also recently diagnosed and am just starting to get a handle on everything. For me, things are pretty easy right now, I'm jus...

JM, I had mentioned CCSVI to McNulty and to my surprise, he had never heard about it. I thought since it was a teaching hospital that surely they would've gotten word somehow. I plan on bringing in some paperwork on it in February when I see Dr. Giang. Worse case scenario, I'll have to get a referra...

I've mainly had site reation side effects and that's all. Right after the injection I get some swelling and redness but it goes away after about 30 minutes. I can still feel all my shots (16 so far) and what I mean by that is I can still feel a little lump. You can check out my blog to see the site ...

Hi Cheryl, From what I've read, vertigo will usually come and go. When you're experiencing constant vertigo, it's suggested that you tell a doctor. What you're describing sounds like vertigo to me. That is one of my least favorite symptoms. Mine was so bad I was vomiting from the dizziness. I'm sure...
