Re: What is wrong with MS research?

If you think MS has nothing to do with immunity then how do you explain myelin damage? Our Immune system cleans up the mess of permanent brain injuries (like in stroke) caused by violently reversed blood flow caused by malformed or compromised veins. That’s why the myelin gets damaged and therefore...

Re: VitaminD promotes vascular regeneration

We are being flooded with a lot of stuff, which is toxic to the body f.e. synthetically derived sheep-skin oil, inorganic Copper or tones of Ascorbic Acid disguised as “Vitamin” C :(( and all of this crap creates dynamics that lead to simultaneous problems like Copper toxicity (very difficult & ...

Re: VitaminD promotes vascular regeneration

Magnesium deficiency causes "Vitamin" D resistance - That is BASIC knowledge in Biochemistry!!! And sunshine is NOT = “Vitamin” D! Sunshine CONVERTS Hormone D in its active form called Calcitriol and for that reason it needs ENOUGH!! Cholesterol (layer under the skin), which gets activate...

Re: Vit D3>125nmol/L min in blood. FIRST SMALL STEP for pwMS

Mark, if you would have done your homework properly you wouldn’t recommend supplementing with high dosages of a synthetic Hormone called Vitamin-D without testing for it properly in the first place because it’s DANGEROUS if the cause for someone's D-resistance is Mg-deficiency! Please remember, more...

Re: all things magnesium

Just let us agree to disagree, jimmylegs. For me, C. Dean, M. Sircus. R. Malter, M. Robbins etc. the serum Mag-level is worthless for you it's not. I'm fine with that.

Re: all things magnesium

Just for the records. My serum Mg was tested with 1.97mg/dl and the reference of MY pathology lab was 1.70-2.90mg/dl . All good the lab said and so did the GP. My Mg-RBC was tested with 3.8mg/dl and it should be 6.0mg/dl . The lab said to low and the GP: "I have no f* clue". I'm 100% with ...

At the moment I take Zinc Picolinate and/or Ionic Zinc (~50mg a day if my body does allow to keep it).

It's ALL about the RATIO between Cu, Zn, Cp and Mg-RBC, Anonymoose.

Re: Vit D3>125nmol/L min in blood. FIRST SMALL STEP for pwMS

I said Cp not Cu, jimmylegs, which is needed to figure out my special Copper imbalance but I’m still waiting for the Copper stuff. I have problems to supplement enough Zinc (have to throw up/get bad herxheimer etc) from different forms/compounds of Zinc, because I’m most likely Copper toxic. W...

Re: Vit D3>125nmol/L min in blood. FIRST SMALL STEP for pwMS

Jimmylegs, I've got the “okay” message from the Pathology lab, which did the test. Perhaps the reference range of this particularly lab is different from yours, which wouldn’t be uncommon. Otherwise I’m a big fan of C. Dean and her colleagues M. Robbins if it comes to interpretations of Mg-results a...

Re: Vit D3>125nmol/L min in blood. FIRST SMALL STEP for pwMS

Hi Muse, I'm flabbergasted that you've taken that much magnesium for that long and you are still low! What on earth is going on with that? I'm most likely Magnesium deficient and therefor Copper ‘toxic’ from birth (my symptoms and the symptoms of my mother are telling me that), Anonymoose. -Copper ...

Re: Vit D3>125nmol/L min in blood. FIRST SMALL STEP for pwMS

Hi Anonymoose, I’ve got my Mg-RBC and serum Mg test results back today but I'm still waiting for the Copper/Zinc panel. Anyway, as expected (because of symptoms) I am pretty low in Magnesium although I’m supplementing with ~1500-2000mg (oral & transdermal) elemental! Magnesium a day since 2012. ...

Re: Vit D3>125nmol/L min in blood. FIRST SMALL STEP for pwMS

Dear Mark, I’m not going to run in circles with you, sorry. Your argument that poor UK “MS”ers can’t effort proper testing (~50-100bucks) etc. before ruining their health completely is just ridicules and it makes me kind of speechless too. Anyway, I’ve done my homework regarding Mg-Ca-HormoneD methb...

Re: Vit D3>125nmol/L min in blood. FIRST SMALL STEP for pwMS

Will post the results if I don't forget, Anonymoose  Mine where done pretty close together as well (1 day between). Was a challenge to find another GP so fast who was willing to give me a referral for the Mag-RBC. So, will be interesting to compare the results. Btw., what do you mean with &quo...

Re: Vit D3>125nmol/L min in blood. FIRST SMALL STEP for pwMS

I will get my Zinc/sCopper/Ceruloplasmin panel + Mg RBC AND! serum Magnesium  test results next Tuesday so I don’t need a Ca and Hormone-D test because this panel will also tell me when something is out of balance with the other stuff. Anyway, if you are interested in the comparison of the Mg-...
