Most likely 'MS' is more a collection of different pathologies resulting in the same loss of neurons/myelin (and symptoms). As long as we keep searching for 1 overall explanation for 'MS' I don't think it will be found... Asuming that CCSVI plays a huge role in breaking down the BBB as the main caus...
