I have tremendous respect for the work of Dr. Swank... for me the big difference is this: that Doctor Swank was able to show the following his plan on diet resulted in a lessening of disease progression. But the exciting thing about Dr. Wahls was that that she is not talking about lessening progress...

I don't eat a lot of stevia anyway & the cookies are long gone .

Yes I do some other light exercising. No I haven't received official TENS unit instruction - but a friend works with them in the hospital and he knows enough to fool me!
