All right I got on, but missed roughly half of the presentation. Fortunately it will be posted for review on NMSS. The streaming web site delivering the presentation apparently didn't like my Linux computer! ARGHR!! So I just went on with my Winblows machine and it worked. Interesting forum. Not too...

I am taking Copaxone and just wanted to point out a disposal method that I've been using for quite a while. There is a small cheap device that is common for people taking insulin, that simply clips the needle off of the pre-filled syringe and stores it in a tiny box within the clipper. Once the need...

I just think that it's delayed simply because of the holidays. Pretty much every TV news outlet is operating with minimal staff. CBS isn't going to break a big story unless all of their colleagues are watching!! And so that CBS can rub it in!

You rock cheer!!

Happy New Year!

I was first diagnosed in 1990. 60 minutes ran a story that year about a woman who was "cured" of her MS simply by having her silver fillings removed. My mother was ready to haul my 20-year-old self to the dentist the next day! Oh, if it could only be that easy! If they do the story, I hop...

Re: Sigh...

How can a professional Neuro not have even heard about this.....i'm so disappointed. Heck, my new neuro hasn't heard of it either! Not surprising I guess, these guys have patients with migraines, cerebral palsy and epilepsy conditions too. So I get it that they're not right on top of everything goi...

I'm 3/4 Irish. My grandfather was German. Me too! Irish / German. That makes us drunk and angry! Both grand mothers and one grand father are full Irish. Mother is full Irish. One German grand father that gave this Irish "kid" a German surname! No mention of anyone having MS in any of my g...

Oh brother!! I just read the updated CCSVI info at nmss.org When you read their position you'd think that CCSVI and any treatments for the condition using balloon catheters, stents and even just getting an MRV to show the presence of CCSVI condition is a complete waste of time! This is VERY DISAPPOI...

I know for sure that the spring season, early April through mid-May, is usually when I get hit the hardest. From the very first dx in April to several acute attacks in and around this time frame. I always kind of thought it had something to do with allergies? But also, some of the worst episodes I'v...

Just do a Google search for "metal allergies and stents" and you'll get well over 10,000 hits.

I'm sure you will find solutions for this with your doctor related to your situation . Minor detail

Did he hand you a sample stent to look at, or show you an x-ray of the stent installed in your neck?

Not that it matters, just curious
