Finally! I get worse the same time every year. It becomes noticeable in Aug. and goes on for about 5 months. It is not the heat as I live over on the coast. I brought up barometric pressure to my Dr. years ago and he had no comment.

Is anybody taking 4-AP that has been liberated? If so, what were the circumstances? Did you stop it before liberation, after or continued with it. Any information would much be appreciated.

I read on the internet that giving blood once a month helps with iron build up. This makes sense because all my problems started when I started perimenopause.
