Canada is ass backwards on the whole issue. Thank God the USA is doing the right thing in regards to CCSVI!

The Manitoba Gov't has pledged 5 million to fund clinical trials of the CCSVI angioplasty. How do clinical trials work and when will this take place? Do some participating in the clinical trial not get the angioplasty but believe that they are?
