Hi Erica

sorry to hear that all is not going so well for you now - I was treated April last year in Poland - results a little disappointing - have a stent in left jug and last time I was checked out - Sept 2010 - no restenosis - initially did feel a lot better after angio, but it never really touched my fati...

ccsvi dissappointment

Hi, Well I had my first treatment on April 8 2010, after no immediate improvements apart from the warm feet bit, things did slowly improve, balance etc. I was treated in Katowice Poland by the Simka team and have spms, and had a stent placed in my left jugular. Anyway, after the first couple of mont...

Kattowice follow up

Hi As far as I know they just give you a doppler at the 6 month check up - then you have to organise a second visit if it shows you have re-stenosed. All rather a big hassle if you are located far away. As for follow up before the 6 months is up - well so far that has proved to be a problem for me -...

smoking

Until I heard about ccsvi I was a very dedicated smoker! Smoking was one of my favourite hobbies, and not a lot would part me from my cigs. Even a breast cancer diagnosis in 2003 didn't stop me. I know/knew then also, that smoking made my ms worse, particularly for the first 5 mins after a cig - my ...

Hi Ted That's a question I am very interested in knowing the answer to. I was liberated in Katowice Poland 8 April, have had ms for 10 years and think that I was changing from rrms to spms. I had one stent in my left jugular and angio on the right. I am a little disappointed with my results so far -...

Hi Rici

Sorry, but I didn't really understand your reply then - did you mean that a doctor in Poland would do your operation for you?
I hope so - keep us all up to date

Hi I just wanted to wish both Mutley and Claire all the very best for their return visits to Poland, and hope so much that this ridiculous volcano in Iceland business doesn't interfere with your flights. I've been liberated for a week now and am feeling a lot better than before. I'm walking a lot be...
