LDN and rebif?
Can you try out LDN while on interferon beta 1a like rebif? I worry about trying something new and going cold-turkey off a treatment that has been helping (some).

Oh - so many! Food Allergies/Diet/Etc.
There's a food allergy test called the ELISA test - it tests for immune system reactions to foods. Not sure if that works for MS, but it cleared up a rash when I found out I was allergic to almonds and stopped eating them. I've been on Rebif for over a year and have had no significant relapse in that time. I have had increases in neuropathic pain, but doc says that isn't a worsening of the MS - that it relates to past damage.
