Thanks NHE, appreciate the advice Yes, I am taking K2 already--using the Life Extension formula Super K, when this runs out, will get a K2 derived from natto Jimmylegs, you don't feel the calcification (unless, I would guess, it pretty much closes off the arteries)--as I say, mine was discovered onl...

Merlyn-
If you do use the H2O2 please keep us posted. I'm intrigued by it, on paper it sounds good, but am also afraid of it. Will read some of the links you provided, and might feel better about it after that.

Hi Bethr- haven't been to the site for ages, glad to see you are still doing so well! I've run into some problems--am a bit more than halfway thru a dental saga that has already lasted over 4 years--and the protocol I am doing for past few months (wearing a type of expanding night guard on both top ...

Joehall- yes, be careful--get your levels checked before you start supplementing, so you can monitor whether you indeed need to supplement, and how long it takes to get to a good level if you do need to supplement. I am one of those that overdosed--but my OH25 levels went only to where many of the p...

got my fasting iron panel results: total iron 135 (40-160) TIBC 285 (250-400) Trans Sat 47 (15-50) Ferritin 56 (20-288) We had too many other problem tests to discuss, so did not get time to discuss these results with my dr. My CBC was okay. Have to review the hemachromatosis material again--but def...

that's great news Bethr--I get my blood results back tomorrow, and will post then. But since your last post I've been thinking that maybe it is not the iron, or at least not just the iron, but something else in the blood that is being removed that is important for us to be rid of. Have not had time ...

I had a severe reaction to the Iodine contrast dye years ago, so know the procecure is not an option for me--but is good to see tht dr Sclafani does see another option--even if only for RRMS--always new or other ways to see things, and who knows, a new dye could be in the works already. Also, knowin...

Amazing Bethr--so glad you have AT LAST found the answer--now, hope that with the research you will find a way to counter this--I'm sure there is a way, and is probably circuitous, but you have been incredibly diligent in your research to now, and will piece it out--with time. Please keep us posted,...

TMrox says So....The underlying message is, get adequate vitamin D and sunshine. You're helping your brain, and may be slowing or preventing atrophy." Agreed, but the word adequate must be stressed--getting too much is also of grave concern. If supplementing, frequent measurements of levels of D 1,2...

TMrox, be careful when you give advice--I am in the US, and according to the article you quote, the Us uses ng/ml, whereas you in the UK use nmol/L--and for ng/ml, my 44 is in the optimal range, which is 25-60. (your optimal is 50-150). also, a number of futher quotes from the article, that would in...
