Thanks guys, I am starting to figure all of this out. Have been on a modified BBB diet with many of the suggestions for vitamins. At the moment I cannot tell if it is all helping, but no new attacks and minimal numbing make it seem like it is. I guess that is all I can do - and pray. :D

vitamin D3

I see a lot of people have different opinions on how much D3 we should supplement daily. I live in Northeast Ohio which I believe is one of the dreariest places on earth.

What would a recommended amount be? Also, I am struggling to find a soy free d3 that is also a good price. Any information?
