I had a really good friend go to his appointment in Tampa, FL on Wednesday and was told that Medicare has denied the doctor's last 3 patients. My friend is heartbroken to say the least. To make it to surgery day and to find out that because you happen to have MS AND vascular issues that you are deni...

Thanks Codefellow - We are thinking about having her do at least the following: Walking forward, Attempting backward walking, heel - toe walking, standing feet together and lean her head back with her eyes closed and try to touch her nose. We are all very nervous but being very optimistic. I'm hopin...

Pre-Liberation video - what to show?

My mom goes in for her CCSVI angio tomorrow in Florida. It has been surprisingly easy for us up to this point. <knocks on wood>

Later today I will be recording her before procedure video. Any recommendations as to what we should show in the video?

Thanks!

Just got home from the seminar. I was fascinated listening to the Great Dr. "K" Anyway he is young and has enough education and prestige for someone his age to be arrogant but apparently someone forgot to clue him in. Shhhh, nobody tell him. He is very personable, open minded, caring, and...

Re: Meeting with Zamboni

Where in Canada is your Neuro meeting with Zamboni? I have not heard anything about Zamboni being here, and would like to know if he is currently working with any Canadian doctors. I am not sure where exactly in Canada Dr. Krolczyk is meeting with Zamboni. I do not think that part was announced by ...

Thats great that a doctor is going to Canada, learn from Dr. Zamboni and then report to the public! That to me is a huge step that I haven't heard of happening yet anywhere else. It's too bad he's from Florida (and the dang fool is going to Canada in the winter - lol) where I imagine the density of...

Hi, do you know if they are letting anyone come? Tampa is only about 5 hours from me and definitely the nearest place I have heard that there is an interest in CCSVI. It wouldn't be a problem for me to come for the seminar, or to participate in the study either! Thanks! I am pretty sure this is ope...

Without a doubt! Dr. Krolczyk's assistant has told my mother (last week) that USF will most likely be doing a study on CCSVI but no particulars have been released. We are hoping that more info will be released during this seminar.

CCSVI Education Program at USF in Tampa, FL 2/18/10

Hi I am so excited to share this information! Dr. Krolczyk is my mother's neurologist (for the last 3 years). We are excited that he is meeting with Zamboni and Haacke on the Feb. 6th and is excited to share this information so QUICK! I'm not sure how many members are in the Central Florida area BUT...
