Re: For Anybody who has Blue Cross, Blue Shield

I have gotten one bill so far from the hospital in MN (angio with Dr. Cumming on June 29th this year) and BCBS is covering some of it, however not all the billing has come in. Am waiting. But so far, I have had coverage.

Re: Suzy Cohen Discusses Astaxanthin ON YOU-TUBE CHECK IT OU

This is really exciting, Dania, I like finding new supplements like this one. Am I going to turn pink?? Bur really: I eat a lot of algae in my diet but it is the black or green algae, like wakame, or kombu, nori etc. It does seem from a quick glimpse on the net that this is from a different source? ...

Re: NEW! Dr.Zamboni video- lower EDSS at 3 years

cheer- Thanks for the video of Z and thank you for posting Jeff as well and although it was a brief glimpse of him, I could tell by his face how well he is; he seems to be glowing, shining skin and relaxed, perhaps handling whatever pressures are there, which is not always easy with someone with MS....

And where did they get their information that Zamboni or anyone says that blocked veins are the 'cause' of MS....he has never said it, other scientists have never said it, WE here on Tims, those of us who are open to exploring the idea that CCSVI MAY BE associated with MS, have never said it!

Well, this is a bit strange to say 'we now know the cause of MS'....is he the only one that 'now' knows? because it does not seem like anyone else knows what 'causes' MS or perhaps science would have found a cure a long time ago.

And what does cause MS? by the way?

I cut and pasted this from The Essential Health Clinic email that came to me today. The reason I posted is it's a very basic explanation of current thinking in the world of CCSVI. Easy to understand albeit not a science paper, but it helps me put things together for myself.

ccsvi latest news/essential health clinic

This was in my inbox this morning. Makes so much sense to me. CCSVI Update/ The Essential Health Clinic "A clear understanding of Multiple sclerosis has proved elusive for generations of doctors and scientists. The first suggestion that there could be a vascular component to the disease dates b...

I think I noticed Montel roll his eyes, Cece, when the newscaster mentioned new drugs or drugs that help 'alleviate' symptoms. Did anyone else pick that up? Although I do not watch TV and hardly know Montel other than what I have seen from many yrs ago when I did see some of his shows, and now recen...

David, this is very interesting about bloodflow and digestion.

Pointsnorth, I highly recommend not drinking water with your meal, about 30 minutes before or after but not during, as water with meal actually blocks digestion...you need those enzymes to digest, so you do not want to drink while eating.

Excellent topic...I definitely feel better when I control portion size or fast. Been juicing lately and that feels great. Our bodies use something like 75% (maybe more) of our energy to digest, hence poor digestion, hence the 'gut' hence lots of havoc being wreaked.... I actually had a colonics toda...

Hi DK,

So far it looks like BCBS here in New Mexico is kicking in for the angioplasty I had a month ago in Minneapolis.....fingers crossed, the bills look huge although I am waiting on my billing.

Good luck.

I wanted to add that although I feel at this stage of the game that circulation, or lack of, seems to me primary, the autoimmune component must be secondary and seems to be still a huge component of understanding all this, but as a consequence somehow of poor circulation, not as primary. All specula...

Glad you bumped this thread Jim for I wanted to post my most recent adventures post angio. My symptoms are still much the same, numbness in hands, especially the left, still some balance issues. But I do have much much more energy. And if feels as though I am stronger, notwithstanding the smaller is...
