Thanks Dr F for your speedy response. I'll pass on what you've said. It worries me because I remember Dr Heidi was very against it and said she's had to see people purely because the profilax method had made them worse.

Thanks again for your reply :)

Hello everyone,

Does anyone have any info on AtlasProfilax? I have a friend who's considering having this treatment done but I'm sure this is the treatment Dr Heidi warned me about.

I'd be grateful for any info :)

I can now walk heal-to-toe. Couldn't do this at all when I was first assessed by Dr Heidi :) not even one step!

Thank you Dr Koontz and Silverbirch for your replies. I'll mention again to Dr Heidi about the sleepiness, as it'd only been for a couple of days the last time we met. I'll also ask her about the thermography apparatus you mentioned. I was starting to worry a little about it but you've put my mind a...

hello to everyone.

I'm wondering if it's normal to feel so weak and sleepy (all of the time) after being adjusted. I've had 2 adjustments in the past month and have felt this way for approximately 2 weeks. Am due to be checked again in 2 days' time.

Did anybody else feel like this?

Yippee! Everyone is back. I was so upset last week because I thought this thread was going to die just as I'd joined it.

Hello everyone,

Today, 6 days post adjustment, I feel like I've been hit by a truck! Spirits are still high and still have faith though :)

I'm treating myself to chocolate cake and custard; gluten and dairy-free, of course.

hello, I had another appointment with Heidi today but didn't need any treatment as what was done last week has held! However, by day 3 after my first treatment I noticed that I felt like I was being pulled quite strongly to the left. Heidi explained that this is because my brain thinks I'm falling t...

I'm sure while it must have felt like she was working on the left side of your jaw it was most likely your Atlas. The contact point on the neck for the Transverse Process of the Atlas can be very close to the jaw especially if it is severely out of alignment. Sorry, yes. She was definitely working ...

Almost forgot... I am sleeping much better. I always thought I slept pretty well anyway but now it feels like I sleep deeper. Energy levels have improved too. I guess it's because now I'm not using so much energy concentrating on getting about and balancing my head on an Atlas that isn't in place. I...

hello everyone, Had my first adjustment with Dr Heidi on Thursday. I feel so straight and much more steady. Using her hands she gently did something on my left jaw several times (I was laid on my right side). Now my head, shoulders are hips are either back where they should be, or not far off. Legs ...

hello Dr Flanagan, I went to see Heidi last Friday and she could see even before taking x-rays that I was a candidate for treatment. My head is too far forward, my shoulders and hips are uneven and one leg is longer than the other. She told me that my brain is exhausted too. I return for my first tr...

"I know my next liberation isn't going to stick if the beams are in the way of the pipes. I want the carpenter involved so the plumber can be successful. I'm not telling the electrician"

haha... that's exactly what I wanted to say :)
