I've been power lifting for a couple years now. I make sure I load up on protein after my work outs for recovery. I also take L-Glutamine which is good for muscle recovery.
My diet is mostly primal/paleo, though I've been gluten free for several years before my diagnoses 3.5 years ago.

I do use ice for about 15 minutes following the injection. I'm in my second month and its still very painful. I've spoken with the Copaxone nurse, and SS several times to troubleshoot and the conclusion that it is very painful for some people. I just happen to be one of them. It can take months for ...

I'm not actually that slim - just muscular/fit. Injecting in my stomach feels best so far, but I know...

Soooo much pain!
Am I alone in this? I took my first injection on Friday and I thought I was going to die from the pain - stinging. The stinging is like being stung by a dozen bees. How about acid being poured in a open wound. Its horrible. I guess some people would its no big deal, but I guess its affects everyone ...

Shoot. I can still do it cheaper out of country including airfare for 2! It's a shame I can't afford to give my money to a local doctor. I hear you, though I'm not sure how much more cheaper it will be since I am on the west coast. It would be a matter if my insurance would cover or not. If not, th...

Has anyone decided to "reschedule"?
I am scheduled to go to Poland in December (still haven't received an exact date and all the details yet), and I am having a lot of fear as I am getting closer to December. My fear is 100% financial. I have been on state disability for a year (just ran out) and now on SSI and dont have a clue where ...

I ask because I have insulin resistance (since my late teens) and fight it everyday with diet, exercise and the lifestyle changes I had to make. I am not someone who can deal with extra weight on...
