Dr. S ...

If someone had a problem with their leg, couldn't you do a venogram for MayThurner ... and then explore a few other veins?

Yes, we are walking capable ... only concern is pain from the incision of liberation (but I believe you'll be able to give us a better idea of if that's going to limit our walking much or at all).

We've decided to stay in Le Saint Sulpice on Rue Saint-Sulpice (it looks like a nice hotel in online pictures and it's right next to Notre Dame Basilique) and it was reasonably priced in Vieux Montreal - please pardon my American ignorance if any of that is not spelled correctly. It also seems it's ...

My Montreal friends ... post-liberation (help)

After my wife's liberation next week, we've decided to head to Montreal for our "vacation". (We basically printed a map and threw a dart, and Montreal was the closest big city to where the dart landed - it's also not "too far" from our lake house where we'll be headed back for th...

One last thought before I sign off and we start our liberation journey. I want to thank you (many of you) - you know who you are for helping us get to this point. 8 months ago I didn't even know what MS was. 6 months ago I'd have said stem-cells are how MS will be beaten, and now I know CCSVI makes ...

That's fine ... you get your wish "concerned", I won't hold back your "debate" ... but only because my wife is getting her veins opened Monday morning, and there is no need to "debate" this anymore. Not with all the results/videos/stories out there ... call them anecdot...

That's also why we don't see the likes of a few people on here post over there ... because they can't hide behind screen names and fake user IDs ...

not that I'd accuse anyone here of doing that. But I'd love to see who the anti-CCSVIers on here really are in person ... on Facebook.

Moderating the speed of that Facebook thread takes a lot of time ... more than moderating the few hundred users here, she has 15,000 there.

I'm glad someone brought it over here though.

86% of Zamboni patients had azygos problems ...

So yes, I'd say there's a better than 8 in 10 chance something was missed.

I think you meant 180^, but you have an engineering degree from a highly accredited institution, plus a high paying job and I don't have either, so you're probably right. Nope ... it's 90^ Think about it ... when the leg is straight down when you're standing that's 0^. If each leg were to go 180^ i...

I'd also like to point out that while the MS Society of Canada spends $0.48 of every $1.00 on administration and fundraising ... the philanthropy I mentioned only spent $0.04 of every $1.00 raised on those same expenses. (and anymore raises nearly as much annually as the NMSSofC - not quite ... but ...

No ... no doubt about it they haven't. In fact, my wife and I were just discussing this the other day in preparation for her liberation coming up ... We aren't going to be doing a video either. Because there is no real measurable evidence of how the liberation would help her visibly. She walks fine ...

I was just writing a reply, that I hope nobody felt pressured to donate $1,000 ... because that was the first number thrown out there. I just put that number out, because it is what I COULD give ... and I think Dr. S, with all he's done educating us, it's the least I can do for him. I was quite a sk...

It'd be awful hard to fake all those YouTube videos though. They'd have to have some skilled costume people ... 8O

Of course, I guess all that could be "fake" too ...

AH ... but I think a key point could be ... why are these other veins under developed? Let's not forget if the azygos is the problem, the lumbar veins flow directly into it. So MAYBE they didn't develop properly because the azygos was blocked and blood had to find a separate way around the lumbars s...
