Re: pLEASE PLEASE Help I am desperate for advice with M.S

Many of us fall into the have MS symptoms but no diagnosis for MS. For me the diagnosis was chronic neuro lyme (but neuro's say not). Treatment with an herbal protocol made me neurolgoically worse. A few drugs sent my body over the cliff with my 3rd MS type attack. My problems started 14 years ago w...

Ladies, I was diagnosed with 2 complex ovarian cysts-one on each ovary last Fall. One 5-6cm one and one 2 cm-1 on each ovary. Also thickened uterine lining/a few small growths there as well. I've tried various alt therapies. Something I read said that progesterone cream for estrogen dominance might ...

Re: Ditching Saturated Fats Could Improve Memory and Cogniti

I would not reference the Masai and the Inuit as prime examples of health. Both groups of people who existed on primarily animal products have very short life span's. In the case of the Masai less than 50 years of age. If you look at all of the long lived mammals they are primarily vegetarian. Carni...

interesting testimonial- raw food/fruitarian diets

I've been following a high raw food vegan diet for about 8 months now -with lots and lots of fruit. I am stronger, more balanced, more energy, and have less brain fog/better cognitively. I belong to rene oswald's facebook page who is a raw foodist and reversed her autoimmune disease through the diet...

Re: MS & Interstitial Cystitis

My sis does not have MS but she does have IC. She rarely gets a flare anymore-she's had it for 25 years or so. But when she does- she says amitriptyline (spelling?) offers her great relief.

Re: Neurofeedback/Wisconsin project/brain plasticity

Just checking to see if anyone has checked into neurofeedback. It looks like it utilizes brain plasticity--and looks fascinating. Still wondering what the outcome of the wisconsin project and montel were? I cant' believe they hyped it up with Montel with video clips and then nada, no outcome, no inf...
