Abx with meals or on empty stomach?

Timing of the abx is a question i have, should you take all 3 abx with food or on an empty stomach?
how important is this?
When are the vast range of supplements meant to be taken? At the same time as the abx?

Red meat increases inflammation ... even organic?

Ive read MD's like Swank all prohibit eating red meat
Some say organic red meat is ok, but some MD's say all red meat increases inflammation so bad for MS.
Is there any journals or evidence that organic red meat is not inflammatory or harmful to MS people?

Re: Matcha green tea- are capsules as effective as drinking

i contacted the te seller , and in the pure matcha tea powder there is 105mg catechins,

Does anyone know if there is a difference in benefits/absorption if taken in capsule form instead of drinking it as hot tea?
