I have good flow on both sides still and have seen wonderful improvements. I did physical therapy after the procedure and went wit...

the only things I noticed withing the first week were better handwriting, typing and other fine motor things (very subtle), but over the last six months I have continued to see improvements including wearing high heels to my brothers wedding (it had been years). When I get stressed though, averythin...

never smoked (definitely second hand smoke exposure, though not at home), never drank, no recreational drugs, exercise, healthy living, MS since age 21. At least I don't have to wonder if any of those things contributed.

I am pretty convinced I was born with vein issues.

Dr. Haskal is in Maryland. They had 5 docs doing the procedure in RI when I went in for me 3 mos follow up US. They were very open about having follow up US done elsewhere even during my initial consult.

I forget how many procedure they were doing a week at this point.

All the best to you Cece. Can't wait to see your posts with your new post procedure perspective. Neck pain, I had an 18 mm balloon in my RIJV myself and was sore for several days, but it gradually got better. I also believe firmly in staying "supine" as much as possible for the first few d...

The four weeks I have been going to PT have been very helpful. My balance is improving, and i am get...

You already know my info, but for anyone else is reading this who missed my post on another thread. I have had three periods since my procedure in Oct. and every time I have almost a flare up for 24-36 hours. I have seen some nice improvements since the procedure and these "flares" make it...

I had an US at one month, because after getting better I had 48 rough hours. Turns out I get them every time I have my period. (3 now since my procedure) Still trying to figure out what that could be related to..... I also started Physical Therapy three weeks ago and have found that very helpful at ...

I noticed improved handwriting after I had my procedure also. Then when I met with my neuro he said the tremor in my right hand was gone. I can also type with all ten fingers again, I was typing with 5 on my left and one on the right. Of course I am right handed. Wishing Emma continued improvements....
