Big day this week - finally having CCSVI

Hi all- My husband has had RRMS for over 25 years. He is still able to work and if you looked at him, you really couldn't tell that he even has MS. I am the one who visits this sight and surfs the net to trying and keep up with what is new in the MS world. I remember sitting in front of my computer ...

Does anyone know how many times you could have CCSVI done?

How many times can the procedure be done?

This might have been asked and and answered already. My husband has had RRMS for 20+ years and had been able to be very functional. His symptoms are numbess from the elbow to hands, knees to feet, brain fog, spasticity, horrible burning and of course the fatigue. I am afraid that he will "use u...

It was wonderful!

Last night was great. Thank you to all that organized it and all the doctors that came and talked. It was great to see and meet all of you and to hear first hand about the procedure and all of the info that was shared. It was also wonderful to meet and talk to some of the many people that came who h...

Asked previously, but it was the day of the symposium and I think think it might have been missed. There did seem to be some interest and also others that's experienced the same type of relief. In fact, someone started another thread regarding it if you'd like to relay your own experience: Dr. S: I...

I had posted this on Dr. Sclafani's thread today and I think Rosegirl thought it might be good for a thread of it's own and so it was "born". So I'll also post it here and see what happens - it is pretty interesting. Is it possible to have veins temporarily open on their own for an unknown...

Dr. S: Is it possible to have veins temporarily open on their own for an unknown reason which then relieves symptoms? I think this might get lost in all the postings that will be happening since the symposium is today., but I'll still try... Here is our story: About two years ago, on a typical Satur...

MS_ Veterans - Service Connected Disability

Maybe I'm missing it here and I just can't find it? There should be a whole forum for this topic so that any veteran looking at the lists of topics can spot this one right away and not have little bits and pieces scattered in different forums. It should be in the "Life" section of topics. ...
